MCDONALD’S x ESSENCE FESTIVAL

McDonald's franchise recruitment campaign took center stage at the 2024 Essence Festival, encouraging future leaders to "Make Your Mark" by thinking beyond the burger and investing in their dreams. As a proud partner of the festival, McDonald's brought this campaign to a platform that celebrates Black excellence. In collaboration with icons such as Usher, Janet Jackson, and Kamala Harris, the campaign highlighted the powerful intersection of art, culture, and entrepreneurship. It inspired a new generation of diverse, aspiring entrepreneurs to see McDonald's not just as a brand, but as a pathway to success for themselves and the communities they create through employment.
